Sales Analyst


Our team is looking for someone who wants to make a difference by building a relationship with cre industry in Mexico! With in this role, you will have the ability to present SiiLA SPOT solution to the market, our 360 marketing solution that is revolucionazing commercial real estate industry in Latam.

What you will be responsable for:


  • Developing effective sales strategies to increase business opportunities and meet sales goals.

  • Identifying and prospecting new potential customers through research and networking.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and providing excellent customer service.

  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and potential customers.

  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales statistics and performance to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Managing properties being promoted on the platform.

  • Consistent communication with the Marketing team to offer 360° marketing solutions to our customers.


What we are looking for:


  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools and strategies

  • A positive and proactive attitude.

Research and Sales Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team at SiiLA, combining research and sales skills.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineer, Urban Planning, Geography, Economics, or Business

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with data analysis and modeling

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Excel and Power BI

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong sales skills and experience in a client-facing role

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Passion for exploring new trends and innovations in the real estate industry



  • Conduct independent research projects related to the real estate market and industry trends

  • Analyze and interpret data to extract valuable insights

  • Develop and implement models to solve complex problems related to real estate

  • Communicate research findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Contribute to the growth and advancement of SiiLA's real estate research efforts

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions

  • Manage sales and client relationships, working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
